We offer delivery within South Africa with a standard shipping rate of R120 per parcel.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kinky Sensations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. We will issue a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please complete the contact form to our customer support team, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship the return package to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.


Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, follow the same return process outlined above for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as quickly as possible, subject to availability.


Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges, within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
